Competition Coaching
Whether you're a first time competitor or seasoned pro, our team can help you nail your best stage look. We begin with assessing your current physique, picking a division, then choosing a timeline. Your workout program will be created with your division requirements in mind to best set you up for success. Your timeline and current body composition will dictate how we structure your nutrition program. Every aspect of your experience will be extremely structured and specific. Competition clients are held to a higher standard due to the end goal of stepping on stage. This is why we are so meticulous about how we structure your nutrition and workout program. I highly encourage getting regular blood work. Your supplement schedule will not only be set up to complement your nutrition and workout program, it will also be created with your blood work markers in mind. Check-in photos and measurements are sent weekly to evaluate progress in all major body parts with an emphasis on shape and proportion. Updates are made to nutrition, workouts, and/or supplement programs as often as needed to keep pace with the previously agreed upon timeline. As competition draws closer check-ins become more frequent, even as often as daily.
